Why This Resource Exists
Burleson County does not publish a public released-inmate archive or a 24-hour or 72-hour release feed. A reliable search therefore may require the county jail, a court record, TDCJ, BOP, or ICE, depending on which authority last held the person. This site explains those distinctions and gathers the relevant official starting points.
This website is private and has no affiliation with Burleson County, any sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government body. We cannot confirm anyone's custody status, release a person, obtain an official record, or provide legal advice.
What the Guides Cover
- The home page provides the complete local search and release-record request path.
- Separate guides explain projected release dates, the VINELink and Texas IVSS transition, and parole and probation.
- Facility pages distinguish the Burleson County Jail from statewide TDCJ custody and the federal BOP and ICE systems.
- Records guidance explains how to ask for an existing booking, custody-event, release, or booking-photo record under Texas Government Code chapter 552 without treating roster absence as proof of community release.
Limits of This Website
- We cannot hold, release, or transfer a person in custody.
- We cannot post a bond, arrange visitation, send funds, or submit a records request for a visitor.
- We do not give legal advice or interpret a court order.
- We do not operate the official databases and cannot change their records.

Search Partners and Affiliate Disclosure
Some search tools are supplied by independent partners. If a visitor follows or uses a partner service, this site may receive a referral fee. That arrangement does not make a partner result an official Burleson County or Texas record, and partner terms, prices, coverage, and privacy practices are their own.
