Nature of the Website

This private site stores no official jail, court, release, or TDCJ records. It cannot establish custody, release anyone, or file a document. It organizes public resource paths for Burleson County and Texas and may connect visitors with independent research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Use the website only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-covered decision.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website or connected systems.
• Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or other automated extraction tools.
• Do not interfere with site operation or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It and its advertising partners do not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. You agree not to use site or linked information for:

Custody and public-record information can change quickly, and nothing here is an official government statement.

Texas Government Code chapter 552 governs many requests to Texas governmental bodies, but the government custodian, not this site, determines what responsive material is held and releasable.
